NEW FAMILIES

New to Aftercare?

If this is your child’s first time using Aftercare, please complete the initial registration form.

You only need to register once. After your child is registered, you will use the monthly scheduling spreadsheet to select future Aftercare dates and times.

RETURNING FAMILIES

Already Registered?

If your child is already registered for Aftercare, you do not need to complete the registration form again.

Use the monthly scheduling spreadsheet to select the days and times your child will attend. Your child’s name will already appear on the spreadsheet.

September schedules have already been filled in for currently registered families.

1. Choose the Month

At the bottom of the spreadsheet, you’ll see a separate tab for each month.

Click the tab for the month you are scheduling.

2. Find Your Child

Locate your child’s name on the spreadsheet.

If more than one child in your family attends Aftercare, please complete the schedule for each child individually.

3. Select Your Times

Place an X under the time or times you are requesting for each day your child will attend.

Families may select 1- or 2-hour time slots, with up to 3 hours available on Wednesdays.

Hours

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday
3:30–5:30 PM

Wednesday
1:30–4:30 PM

Families may sign up for 1- or 2-hour time slots, with up to 3 hours available on Wednesdays.

Cost & Billing

$10 per hour
Snack included.

Billing takes place on the 1st of each month for the previous month’s Aftercare attendance.

Payment is due by the 10th of the month.

Space & Supervision

Aftercare is limited to 25 students per day.

Two staff members are present during Aftercare.

Advance scheduling is encouraged so we can maintain appropriate staffing and available space.

NEED CARE TODAY?

Same-Day Sign-Ups

When space is available, families are welcome to add a student to Aftercare on the same day.

Please add your child directly to the monthly scheduling spreadsheet by the deadline for that day.
