Why Support Madrone Trail?

Since 2007, for absolutely free, Madrone Trail has offered academically rigorous learning inspired by the nature-centric, arts-integrated methods of Waldorf teaching. In 2022, four of our 8th grade alums went on to become valedictorians of their respective high school classes, and 100% of our students graduated on time.

What’s this fundraiser for?

As a public charter school, only 80% of Madrone Trail’s operating budget is funded by the school district, leaving a significant funding gap that we strive to bridge through events like our annual auction. This year’s Grimms’ Fairy Tales themed celebration will be held on March 8, 2025 at the Ashland Armory. We’ll be featuring a silent and live auction of student class projects and donations from local businesses highlighting your support for independent public education.

This crucial event not only ensures the continuation of our academic programs but also plays a pivotal role in the maintenance and improvement of our historic 70-year-old building and property.

If you missed last year’s remarkably memorable and entertaining 80’s themed auction, you won’t want to miss being a part of this year’s fantastical Madrone Trail Grimms’ Fairy Tale Ball and Auction. Please give generously and also come to be a part of the brilliant festivities that support a holistic public K-8 school which equally emphasizes a solid academic foundation, academic excellence, artistic expression, attention to the inner emotional life of each child, social development and responsibility, and physical fitness.

  • 20 second ad spot (that you have provided to us) on the projector screen just before the live auction,

Sapphire Sponsor $2,500 

  • 10 second ad spot (that you have provided to us) on the projector screen just before the live auction
  • Half page ad in our event program

  • Quarter page ad in our event program
